Will ePRO work on all computer systems?
ePRO is expected to work on the majority of computer systems, but not all computer systems. Your computer’s configuration will be a big factor. For example, if you have a pop-up blocker installed, you may not be able to open some ePRO web pages. This specific problem can be remedied by turning off your pop-up blocker or by pressing the Ctrl key while clicking the link to open the web page. You would need to continue holding down the Ctrl key until the page opens.
