You may have already heard that the US Postal Service is planning to implement new postal rates on May 14th, 2007. These rates were approved by the Board of Governors on March 19th. When new USPS rates are announced, we build them into a software update well before they go into effect. Our software always checks your version to make sure it is current. If not, you will be prompted to download the free update. When the new USPS rates go into effect, the software will switch over automatically.
