Will Enbridge Income Fund hold an annual meeting for unitholders?
Yes, there will be an annual meeting of unitholders, and special meetings of unitholders may be convened at any time and for any purpose by the Fund Trustee, the Administrator, the ECT Trustees, or unitholders holding at least 5% of the ordinary and subordinated trust units. Unitholders may attend and vote at all meetings of unitholders, either in person or by proxy. The 2004 annual meeting of unitholders will be held on May 20, 2004 at 1:30 p.m. (MDT) in the Ballroom of the Metropolitan Centre, 333 – 4th Avenue S.W., Calgary, Alberta.
