Will embassy can track my previous travel history and credit card debt with my fresh passport booklet?
New Zealand government/immigration department is not bothered about your credit card debts unless these debts are going to effect in any manner the financial status of New Zealand. What all credits stand in your name in another country & in what capacity (here in case of bank or financial institutes) it is nothing to do with your immigration application for New Zealand, the New Zealand authorities will only see what all you state in your application is correct or not. Definitely they can refuse your student visa if you are involved in any criminal proceedings in any country, which is not the case till now. If the Credit Card Company files any criminal proceedings against you in any court for bank cheque bouncing amounting to cheating etc then your application can get rejected. As far finding facts about you even if you don’t mention your past European stay will be no problem for the authorities, more you hide or try placing false evidence on record more chances for your application get
