Will Eddie Murphy succeed as `The Riddler` in the next Batman film?
I don’t know where you’re getting this info. Eddie Murphy has not been contracted to play Riddler. He has a movie called Imagine That coming out where he finds that answers to all his life’s problems by listening to his daughter’s story of an imaginary world. Another upcoming film for him is 1,000 Words, where he learns that he has only 1,000 words left to speak before he dies. Then Shrek Goes Fourth comes out. Lastly, The Incredible Shrinking Man (which has been re-imagined by Thomas Lennon and Robert Ben Garant – the guys who write/wrote Reno 911!, Balls of Fury, Let’s Go To Prison…etc…) Those are the ONLY movies he has coming out. They aren’t even in writing for a new Batman movie. The next movie to feature Batman will be a Justice League movie, and it isn’t scheduled to come out until summer, 2011. That means at least 3 or 4 years until a new Batman comes out. Anything you’ve heard about the new Batman movie at this point is nothing more than a rumor.
