Will DotNetNuke provide support forums for reviewed modules?
A. We have created a new forum for asking questions about the review program, but we do not plan to offer support for modules. We feel that module and skin support is best when it is handled by the vendor who created the product. In fact, one of the guidelines specifies that the vendor must provide a support channel so that users can get their questions answered. We will leave it up to each vendor to determine the appropriate communication medium for their customers.
