It will NOT work. Your motherboard supports up to DDR400 not DDR2 400MHz, there is no DDR2 400MHz modules. The lowest DDR2 module that is out is DDR533MHz. If you attempt to put in a DDR2 memory stick, it won’t fit, DDR2 modules are 240pin, normal DDR has 184pin.
