We think so, but there may be some crazy exceptions that we don’t know about. Cushy Tushy is designed to fit “O” shaped toilet seats found in most homes, but not the “U” shaped seats more commonly used in commercial locations. Standard toilet seats in the US are either 16.5″ or 18.5″ in length and all Cushy Tushy will fit both sizes. One size fits all!
