Will cps take my baby for testing postive to marijuana one time during pregnancy?
My last one was born in a hospital that had one born a couple of days later and since the mother was positive, the baby was positive and she automatically lost that baby for 6 months. After 70 days, it would be out of your system. It is very dangerous to your baby even if it was someone else you were around. The can and possibly will take your baby. You need to prepare for a better life for that infant now. Don’t do drugs yourself. If there is anyone around you or you hang out with doing them, you need to break the bond with them now. CPS does not fool around and you shouldn’t either. If that baby tests positive in the hospital, they will be visiting you at home while your baby is in foster care.
