FAQ Toc Access to the Command Prompt will be dependent on group policy settings. The ability to run certain command line utilities will also be depended on your level of access. By default command prompt will not be disabled for staff users and it will be possible to run IP Config. For support purposes the desktop SOE has an ‘EQ Assist’ utility that displays diagnostic details such as the IP Address for the user if required.
