Man City owner Sheikh Mansour authorized management’s attempt to nab the player from Arsenal under the condition that the club finish amongst the top four clubs in the EPL this season. Given that there’s less than a month of play and Manchester City sits in fourth place, said requisite will likley be met. Meanwhile, Fabregas says he’s more interested in playing for Barcelona and contending for a Champions League title.
