Will Centium provide Helpdesk support in technologies that they are not currently covering if a client wants a long term support contract?
The answer to this is yes. Centium’s Helpdesk Support although currently provides support services in the Oracle E-business Suite area, we are committed to extend these services to other technologies in the near future. If there is a need at one of our current clients or a potential client with long term support needs, we will use it as an opportunity to either add this technology to our current support services or have these services provided ASAP through our list of preferred partner network.
