Will CenterPoint Energy continue to host the Interim Portal/Interim HAN functionality after the Smart Meter Texas common portal goes live?

Once the Smart Meter Texas common portal goes live with HAN functionality (projected Jan. 31, 2010), the interim HAN functionality will be removed from CNP’s CRIP portal ,and the REPs will interface with a web service at the Smart Meter Texas common portal level.
