Carrcroft Consulting is a recruiting firm and by definition our mission is to find people for jobs – not jobs for people. Notwithstanding that basic premise, if you are an outstanding candidate (one we consider an “impact player”) in our area of practice we will make a reasonable number of attempts to place you with one or more of our preferred clients.
