I don’t know Carl Froch is a bit untested in my opinion I want to see him in with some better competition before I just say he’ll be Jermain Taylor. Personally Fighting Jermain right now isn’t the best thing for Froch he has more to lose than to gain. Taylor is still a tough fight for a lot of 165 and 160 pound fighters now that he’s hungry and determination isn’t something Jermain lacks. I would defend my title with a few “B Side” contenders before taking on a risk like Taylor. Unless he’s the mandatory I would wait a fight or two.
