Will Captain Kirk Present the CAEAA Award to a GBA Game?
Will Captain Kirk Present the CAEAA Award to a GBA Game? Tuesday July 4, 2006 William Shatner to host the Canadian Awards for the Electronic and Animated Arts. Take off, eh? Those hosers in Vancouver have announced the first annual Canadian Awards for the Electronic and Animated Arts (CAEAA) to recognize the video game and animation achievements that have come out of our neighbors from The Great White North. The grand event is set to take place on September 14th, 2006 and hosted by Canadian native William Shatner. But that’s not all, you knobs. The entries for nominations have opened to professional, student and homebrew gamers alike, where at least 51% of production hours were completed in Canada. I’m betting on a Game Boy title to win the Handheld/Wireless Game of the Year, as well as the Best Casual Game of the Year categories. You can download entry forms online at the CAEAA website.
