Will cancelling my account and changing my email address affect my MTS Dial-up personal Webspace address?
Yes. If you have MTS Dial-up Personal Webspace, the name of your Webspace directory is the same as your email name in your email address. Therefore, if you choose to close your account and have your email address changed, your Webspace directory name will be changed to match your new email address (i.e. if the new email address is “newaddress@mts.net”, it will become “www.mts.net/~newaddress”). Any files in your old Webspace directory will be retained as long as the old account is active. Be sure to have a copy of you web space files on your hard drive in order to upload to your new account.
