Kelly responded in affirmative, but went out of his way to point out that he remains in negotiations with UC well. “I believe that he is and that he’s serious about those negotiations,” Koch wrote in his blog today, “but from talking to people close to this situation, I still believe that Notre Dame is his first choice.” Koch goes on to opine the following: “Here’s what I believe is going on.
