You can replace Chevy Blazer 1997 and similar models with BMW’s 7 series rims, and vis versa. I had 740IL rims from my cousins car on my Chevy 1997 Blazer 4×4 for 3 years and they worked great. I can only assume the brake parts on the GM cars are german made components, and this was why. No need to modify anything. They go right on and are a perfecr fit.
