Will bluetooth headphone mic work with voice control?

I’m thinking about upgrading to a 32GB iPod touch and maybe buying bluetooth headphones. I’m looking at the Insignia NS-BTHDP (it’s discontinued, but I can get it cheap). It has a microphone, and I wondered if it was likely to work with the voice control feature or not. It has a multi function button, skip forward/back, and vol +/-.
