Washing Bed Linens and Clothing in Hot Water & Bleach will Kill Bedbugs.  I suggest Spraying your mattresses with a Household Insecticide Spray that is safe for furniture and Family.  RID and PRONTO PLUS are good products for Bedbug infestations.  You can find those products in the Medicine section of your local Grocery or Department Store and almost all Pharmacy’s carry them.
