People A – I read the article you cited, but it is incorrect, in that it fails to take into consideration the 12th Amendment as well as the 22nd. The 22nd Amendment to the Constitution states “No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice” (which Bill already has been), and the 12th Amendment states “…no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.” Therefore, Hillary could not have Bill as her Vice President.
