Will Bali reaccommodated customers be able to change or cancel their bookings?
A codeshare flight will be used to re-book customers from Qantas to Jetstar. Customers will be able to change bookings once, subject to seat availability, to another flight if the new time does not suit. If not available other Qantas alternatives will be offered, such as via Singapore. Customers will be eligible for a refund if they wish to cancel their booking with no penalties applied. Qantas Telephone Sales will be able to provide customers with detailed information.
