Will babby mollies eat new born guppies?

if they are fry then no however big mollies or guppies will eat them (depends on size) – common trait of livebearers

Definitely! Anything they can fit in their mouth, they will! Platys and guppies do it to, disgusting I know. That doesn’t mean to say that they 100% will, my sister has breed platys without them eating their babies and not having a separate tank for the babies. I would however advise trying to separate them as the babies are alive and I wouldn’t want them to be eaten if it were I!

Not if they are all small. Larger mollies will definately eat guppy fry, but you can mix them fine as long as they dont fit in the largest fishes mouth.
