ArcGIS 9.3 Desktop Concurrent software will continue to run using the existing v9.x licence file. However, a new version of the licence manager software (FLEXnet Publisher 11.4) will need to be installed. The new licence manager software is included on the ArcGIS 9.3 installation disks. All ArcGIS 9.3 Server & Single Use licences will require a new registration number. The new number/s will be provided with the 9.3 installation disks.
