While it is still early to answer, it is likely that the adultBasic Program will continue operations as it has been (barring further state cuts). Those on the waitlist may become eligible for the expanded Medical Assistance benefits planned for 2014, or may be eligible to join an insurance pool that will be implemented later this year.
