Will anyone be required to purchase a clusterbox?
Actually, yes. Owners of all new homes built in the village will be required to purchase a cluster mailbox unless one has already been provided for them by a developer. The price will be $100, which is the actual cost to the Village for the box. The fee will be collected when a building permit is issued, or at some other point prior to occupancy. The developers of any new property that may be annexed into the village will be required to provide cluster mailboxes (or to arrange other acceptable provisons for mail delivery) for all residents.
