No. Priests are not permitted to perform “unofficial” weddings. A marriage in the Catholic Church is a sacrament and their rules require that you take it seriously. If you are legally divorced, you could be remarried in a non-Catholic church. However, no Catholic priest will perform a marriage ceremony until your annulment is complete.
