For the UK, No – First of all you will need a work permit to work in the EU/UK and most companies will not pay for that cost. Only if you qualify under their work permit scheme and pay on your own for the work permit will they even consider you. The next thing is that most of them will have no idea what school you are from or its reputation and will not be prepared to venture into new areas for hiring. Another thing is that most candidates are familiar with continental Europe, its languages, and culture. Coming from the US, that’s highly unlikely you will. They have enough students there who cannot find jobs, that they are highly unlikely to hire a foreigner. So the basic answer is almost no demand. For Canada, I couldn’t tell you, however they too have their batch of students to pick from. The only caveat is if you go to a Harvard, Stanford, or similar highly-regarded school.
