Will all OptomCAS participating schools and colleges be required to agree on the same prerequisites?
No. Each school and college will be able to maintain their own set of prerequisites and will be able to manipulate the grade point averages to suit their own evaluation criteria. Participating programs will receive a listing, either electronically or in printed form, depending on their preference, of the courses the applicant has completed. It will be up to the individual program to determine if the applicant has met their prerequisites.
