Will all Müller products soon be produced from 100% natural ingredients?
The different products within the Müller portfolio fulfil different consumer needs and are therefore nutritionally assessed depending on their proposition. Müller actively seeks to minimise use of artificial additives and only uses additives where they are functionally necessary, e.g.: • to restore colour lost through processing, • where they are essential to keep food safe and wholesome, or • (As in the case of sweeteners), where there is a demand for sweet products with less, or no sugar. Where possible, when it doesn’t compromise product quality or proposition, we will use natural alternatives. For our Müller Little Stars Dairy Based Products, which are most likely to be used for weaning, the range is specified to contain natural ingredients only, and avoids unnecessary ingredients or artificial additives.
