No. Only spending on broadband monthly service fee, additional broadband usage fee, value-added service fee, extra storage fee, 56K dial-up service fee, PNETS, now.com.hk monthly service fee, now.com.hk pay-per-view fee and international roaming service fee will be converted. All other fees and charges in the bill e.g., broadband line installation fee, will not be included in the conversion.
