Will all DreaMS participants receive the same study treatment?

If you enroll in the DreaMS study, you will be randomly placed (like the flip of a coin) into one of our four study groups. Neither you nor your study doctor will know to which group you’ve been assigned. This helps prevent any ideas you or your doctor may have about the investigational medication from affecting the study results. You will have a 75% chance of receiving the investigational medication versus placebo (a tablet that looks like the investigational medication but does not contain any active ingredients).
