Will AEL&P know Ive made a payment if Im due to be disconnected?
If your disconnection is imminent, contact our office and let us know your confirmation number and the amount you paid. If you have questions about the minimum amount to pay to avoid disconnection, also call our office before making your payment. If AEL&P doesn’t hear directly from you, we may not be notified in time by the Speedpay system in order to credit your account and keep your service from being interrupted.
