Will Accellos continue to support vSync’s product lines?
Well, they haven’t. Support went down the toilet and escalted in a customer email from a VP explaining the support problems and possible remedies. We’re searching for another vendor. Lack of timely, responsive vSync support from Accellos cost us money and we are actively seeking a replacement solution.
Accellos will continue to market and support vSync’s product lines and we will also invest in key vSync product initiatives as part of Accellos One. You will now have options from the complimentary pieces from all our current and future product offerings. vSync will become a key part of Accellos One, our supply chain suite of products. Technology investments our customers are making today will not be jeopardized in any way. In fact, as innovation leaders, we will be offering more capabilities and expansion due to our larger size and commitment to research and development.
