ABC iView is unmetered on some ISPs. This means you can watch iView through these ISPs without eating into your monthly allowable bandwidth. If you are unaware of your download quota, please check with your internet service provider. For metered ISPs, viewing any of the streaming video content (including the previews) on ABC iView will count towards your download limit. As you press “play” the size and duration of each video file will display to help you manage this. For example, a half hour episode of The Gruen Transfer is 125 MB. However, if you only watch 10 minutes of it, you will only consume 40 MB of data.
