According to the specs it should have no problem of powering those subs. Basically that amp is a two channel amplifier, “bridged mode” is when you join the two channels to get a higher wattage output on one channel. The advantage to doing this if your hooking up two subs is more power, that amp is stable at 1ohm. So if you wire it properly then you can get a total of 10,000 watts out of your subs, 5,000 watts per sub (peak power). http://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/woofer_configurations.asp?Q=2&I=42 Be careful not to over power your subs though! The Peak on the subs your using are 2400watts not 5000watts. If I were you I would set a volume limiter on the amp. Hope that helps!
