Yes. A school crossing analysis was prepared in June of 2005, which recommended that either a traffic signal or pedestrian bridge be installed. The traffic signal is the preferred option, and design of the signal is underway. The existing 20 mph advance warning flashers will remain in place regardless of the option selected. The traffic signals will be equipped with pedestrian signal heads and push buttons.
