Porcupine Puffer or Porcupine fish adults can grow to 28.0 cm (11 inches). And the minimum size of a tank recomended is a 75 gallon aquarium so if my calculating is correct (and i wouldnt trust me with maths) but i think your tank is approx 44.88 u.s gallons or 37.37042 ish so i think it would be ok while the fish is small but once grown youll have to sell i’m afraid.
