Will a paper airplane with a propeller fly better than a paper airplane without a propeller?

If you simply have a free spinning propeller with no engine or anything then no it will not help it fly. The propeller would actually decrease the paper planes effectivness. The Propeller wouldn’t actually pull the plane through the air but would create extra drag and work sort of like a wall. And walls don’t fly. If you can find a way to move the propeller and apply some force to it (say through an elastic band that is wound up, or something of that nature, then it might help propel the plane through the air.
