Will a notification be sent to users from departments, agencies or crown corporations when the status is advanced to the next status, e.g. Forecast to In Progress?
Initially, yes, there will be a notification sent to the departments agencies of crown corporations when the authority paragraph progresses to Complete status. EID is currently developing a reporting, or journaling function that will give users a quick look at status changes over a period of time, e.g. any status changes in the last week. Please note that the document journal, which will be available at Go-Live, already allows the users to display the status of all line items affecting their organization.
