Will a Kenne Bell Supercharger work with an Explorer intake?

Hey guys I’ve a question about my options with the Kenne Bell suppercharger. I am about to purchase the Kenne Bell and I am wondering if the “explorer intake” base will work as it’s cheaper than a “cobra” or GT40 base. I don’t know anybody who owns one for me to check it out, so any help would be appreciated.
