Yes. Again Surround EX is decoded in the cinema with a Pro-Logic based decoder, the same thing you have in your home brew system. The new THX Surround EX certified decoders/receivers which will be appearing will have some more bells and whistles but the decoding basics will remain the same and you should be able to enjoy the majority of what Surround EX offers.
