Will a Fighting Fish kill a bottom feeder?

Fighting fish don’t go around killing every living thing, that’s a myth. They fight each other because they’re territorial, not because they’re vicious. That’s because the males are responsible for care of the eggs so they learn to chase off intruders. Bottom feeders are among the best fish to keep with a fighter because they mind their own business, don’t compete for food, and don’t look anything like bettas. So if you have room, I highly recommend bottom feeders for a betta. I also want to add that even when bettas do fight each other, it’s rarely to the death. They fight until one backs down. They’re probably the most misunderstood pets in out there.
