Sorry, I cannot answer for sure but I see no reason why it shouldn’t work. As long as you don’t have the newer firmware that uses Microsoft’s proprietary protocol it works even with Linux (see e.g the gnomad2 project). You may have to install some extra software but there does not seem to be any theoretical obstacle to loading files from a Mac.
