Will a CRB Enhanced Disclosure throw up a Fixed Penalty Notice?

Fixed Penalty notices are not convictions, but they will be stored on a local Police database. I’m tired of cops and so saying they won’t show up. Basically I sent of for a Police National Computer check, and what comes back is the information the police have stored on you. They store convictions i.e CONVICTIONS/REPRIMANDS/WARNINGS and CAUTIONS. They will all show up. Then you have Non-Convictions, this is all the times you have ever been arrested and they have not charged you. A Fixed Penalty Notice, falls under Non-Convictions. For an enhanced CRB check, it is up to the chief police officer if he deems the Non-conviction to be relevant to the job you are applying for. So its 50/50 whether it will show. But your crime sounds asif it involves dishonesty, thus meaning you may be seen as dishonest.
