“Will a Confederate $100 dollar bill ever be worth anything? ” That question was first asked when they were issued. Before the war was over people discovered they were worth something as chicken-house litter. Only trouble was you had to have 10 wagon loads full to afford to have one wagon load hauled in. Some $100 CSA notes are now inder $10.00, that’s ten, or less. But on Ebay is a Type 17 CSA 1861 $20 Note- $729.00 and several $100 for just about $100.
