Will a civil war take place in South Africa following the death of Mandela?

That’s one of the things I’m really afraid of. I have family and friends living in South Africa. After Tito’s death it took only 7 years for the cracks in the national cohesion of Yugoslavia to break open. Something similar might happen in South Africa, unless another charismatic leader can hold it together. At the moment it does not look very likely, but neither did Yugoslavia look like it was going to split apart in the most atrocious war in Europe since 1945.
