Yes, whatever lenses that fit the XSi will fit the 50D. They both have the same size digital sensor, so there will be no compatibility issues. You can use both EF-S and EF lenses on both bodies. Just a head’s up: EF-S lenses will not work on the 5D, 5D’s successor, and the 1-D Mark series.
