Will a 63 gmc 305 v6 engine be good to put in a custom hot rod?

I like free, so I say go for it. For those too young to remember, yes, there really is a 305 v6. It was a very good engine and a powerhouse of one at that. They were used only in GMC trucks and buses from 1960-1974. I’m afraid you will be unhappy to hear that the engine will not just bolt up in old Chevy’s without doing some creative manufacturing of engine mounts.
